Five days have passed since the last email, and there's been no shipment. I've reached out to the support team, emphasizing the urgency of this Christmas present, but I haven't received any response. It's disappointing as it seemed like a wonderful gift, but this was my first experience shopping with the service, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.
