I have loved all my purchases from Dibor, they never fail to please. Not the quickest at delivery but worth the wait and prices are good with all the discounts on offer.
I felt quite let down by my order. The baskets arrived crushed and misshapen. There was a lack of extra packaging to safeguard them. I've had to fill them with paper to attempt to restore their shape. Unfortunately, I was not available when they were delivered; otherwise, I would have returned them.

I placed my order in early December for a Christmas gift, but it hasn't arrived yet. I've received two emails indicating it was still being processed and would be shipped promptly. Five days have passed since the last email, and there's been no shipment. I've reached out to the support team, emphasizing the urgency of this Christmas present, but I haven't received any response. It's disappointing as it seemed like a wonderful gift, but this was my first experience shopping with the service, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.
I received an order with incorrect personalization. Instead of an apology, I was told the replacement would arrive today; however, it still hasn't shown up, which is not surprising. It's been two weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven't received the product I paid for. I would recommend avoiding this service.
I placed my order on December 4th, but after waiting over two weeks, the item still hasn't arrived. It appears to be stuck in a shipping depot. The service did offer a refund, but it takes 3-5 working days to process (excluding weekends). I'm dissatisfied with the overall experience.
I placed my order on December 15th, believing it would be dispatched the same day as stated on the website, with delivery in 3-5 days. However, two days later, my order hadn't been dispatched. Customer service informed me that personalized items cannot be dispatched the same day and that the 3-5 days refers to dispatch time, not delivery. This contradicts the information provided at the time of ordering. I asked if the order could be expedited, but that was not possible. Overall, the response was unhelpful, and I now have little confidence that my items will arrive on time. I will update this review once they do.
I purchased a mirror with a promised 3-5 day delivery, but after 7 days it still hadn't been dispatched. I received an email on day 4 stating it was with the delivery service, but they are still awaiting the order. I feel this is a delay tactic, and I'm very disappointed with the service from what is supposed to be a 'family small business.' I will escalate the issue with my payment provider.
