I placed my order on December 15th, believing it would be dispatched the same day as stated on the website, with delivery in 3-5 days. However, two days later, my order hadn't been dispatched. Customer service informed me that personalized items cannot be dispatched the same day and that the 3-5 days refers to dispatch time, not delivery. This contradicts the information provided at the time of ordering. I asked if the order could be expedited, but that was not possible. Overall, the response was unhelpful, and I now have little confidence that my items will arrive on time. I will update this review once they do.
