I purchased a mirror with a promised 3-5 day delivery, but after 7 days it still hadn't been dispatched. I received an email on day 4 stating it was with the delivery service, but they are still awaiting the order. I feel this is a delay tactic, and I'm very disappointed with the service from what is supposed to be a 'family small business.' I will escalate the issue with my payment provider.
