The app is easy to use and makes booking tickets much easier. The only problem is that you need another phone or laptop nearby when signing in because the page on the app that is used to type in the verification code actually disappears and is reset when you leave the app to check the email containing the confirmation code. You then need to resend a code which you still can’t access without the app resetting. So without another device that can access your emails, it is literally impossible to sign in. If you were going to the gig alone, this could stop you from being able to get in. This needs to be fixed.
