I've found and bought tickets to many events on dice. App always works as expected and I've never had an issue. I way prefer Dice over RA, epsecially because the search function on Dice actually works
The waiting list worked! I got my ticket for Pawsa at Ally Pally. But I had to take my son to A and E on the day of Pawsa so I put my ticket back in the waiting list queue. Dice managed to resell my ticket to someone straight away. I got an email from Dice NOT AI. They wished my son well and refunded me the money. No complaints.
My daughter bought concert tickets for me as a birthday present. On my birthday she transferred them to me via the DICE app which worked flawlessly and was a great way to “hold” the tickets.
On arrival at the venue the person on the door was able to scan the tickets instantly to allow us easy access.
The DICE app is very user friendly and I would highly recommend it.
Every time i experience an event to this location is always so much fun. I have been to numerous times to the location and recommend it to anyone for a first time club experience, however maybe with the constant visits to this location i have picked up the music in DJ sets can become very reparative. I have also noticed with some rooms the music doesn't totally matches up with the vibe and can make one in the crowd feel dead. The music is good but can definitely be better.
Palms Trax was amazing!! The venue has great potential, but the sound and light wasnt great. It was too light and I could hear people chatting during the set. It felt more like a bar with background music than a techno club.
The performance at 19:26 was fantastic! JOA was also enjoyable. The venue was decent. However, the staff were quite disappointing! Their setup was poor, making women wait outside while men entered without issue. It was freezing that evening. They didn't provide wristbands but insisted on seeing them. Their rudeness was shocking and their overall professionalism was lacking!
I registered years ago using my work email, which is no longer active. Now, I'm completely unable to sign in since two-factor authentication requires that email. Why isn’t there an option to link 2FA to a mobile number? It’s incredibly frustrating. When I try to click "update email address," I need to be signed in, which means I'm essentially locked out. This situation is ridiculous!
