The waiting list worked! I got my ticket for Pawsa at Ally Pally. But I had to take my son to A and E on the day of Pawsa so I put my ticket back in the waiting list queue. Dice managed to resell my ticket to someone straight away. I got an email from Dice NOT AI. They wished my son well and refunded me the money. No complaints.
