I purchased a camera lens off them on the 2nd April. This lens was a direct import, so I knew it would be coming from overseas, and probably Hong Kong as that's where direct import lenses tend to come from. I was told it would be dispatched in 1-2 weeks, which wasn't an issue. It got to just over the 2 week mark, and my order still said 'Processing in warehouse'. I emailed them, got a response in a day stating that my order would be sent out shortly, and I should expect an email with tracking details in a few days. I then got an email one day later, that my order might not be sent out until the 30th April, due to 'circumstances beyond our control'. This was strange considering that I was told it would be sent out shortly, a day before. My lens arrived on the 27th and I'm very happy with the lens, it was a great price and I've had no problems with it. Overall, their prices are great, but from what I've now read from other people's experiences, I wouldn't order from them again. It was just very strange how I was told one thing and then delayed again. Really good prices, but not worth the hassle.
