I bought a Logan stick vacuum from them. Took a long time to arrive, but at first worked well...after a few weeks began to switch off after 5 secs
...then it began to dump dust on floor
I have contacted customer service 5 times...get generic email, saying they will be in touch.....nearly a month and have not heard from them. I thought being dicksmith was a reputable company....but they have no integrity. Better off buying temu...they quickly solve problems!! Will never buy from dicksmith again!!!!
The company was sold to foreign ownership some time ago, which led to the closure of their physical stores. Now, they rely on online platforms for sales, as their products are sourced and shipped from abroad. This isn't the same business you once knew. It's quite clear. The ratings on their site seem questionable at best.

I ordered a product that was shipped directly from overseas. The packaging arrived damaged, and the product itself was not what I expected. The box was in poor condition, and one of the seals was broken. This was meant to be a gift, but I couldn't use it as such. After waiting 10 days for delivery, I had to buy directly from another source and request a full refund, but the contact process has been frustratingly slow. I’m likely to end up with two of the same item. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

It took a long time to finally reach customer service, and they only offered a refund if I returned the product at my own expense. This is clearly how they profit.
I had higher expectations from this service. Instead of the quality product advertised, I received a subpar imitation that was not even close to the original design. The materials were cheap and poorly made. I will not be making any future purchases from this platform.
