I will never buy anything from D Smith in association with Kogan.....somehow they signed me up for a $ 129 joining fee in the purchase...which was refunded through PAYPAL.....D Smith has Lost me as a customer......greedy marketing strategy from what I can see....
Ordered and products were exactly what we ordered at fantastic price and the delivery was very quick with great communication all the way through.

item never arrived. recieved several emails saying attempt was made. it wasnt. i was directed to see the card left to find out how to receive my package. no card was left because no attempted delivery was made. i was home the entire time. i have sent about 10-15 emails requesting assistance. after a week or two i got one reply. i was told to contact the logistics, they then told me to contact the supplier... i paid my money and now it seems i have to work harder than the staff to receive my item. which i sitll don have after 6 weeks - no item and no refend. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. they have no number to call or way to speak to a person. do not engage with this company.
I ordered an item and received no shipping information. The customer support mailbox is full, and there’s no one available to assist. My attempts to reach out were in vain. The item wasn't sent through the usual postal service, and I still don't know the carrier. It has been returned, and it seems like no one is monitoring their social media.
I placed an order but was not given a chance to verify my delivery address before finalizing it. My package was sent to an old address and returned to the sender. After five business days, the support teams have not responded to my escalated requests for a refund or to redirect the item to the correct address. As I write this review, they have taken $100 from me, and I have yet to receive my order.
The items are wonderful, and my grandchildren will really enjoy them. However, there was a significant issue: I received no notifications regarding the shipment or delivery. My husband stumbled upon the two tablets hidden around the corner of our home while he was spraying weeds. I have no idea how long they had been there, and if he hadn't been working outside, they would have been left out in the extreme heat. Considering the $300 I spent on the items and delivery, it's concerning they could have been stolen. I've ordered three more for a family member and hope we receive notifications for those!

I reached out to the support team through their enquiry form, but I haven’t received any response at all. The lack of communication and slow processing is frustrating. A simple update or acknowledgment would have been appreciated, but there has been no customer support. I’m still waiting for my order to be processed.
I have never encountered such a poor experience with online shopping. There is absolutely no customer support. They seem to care very little! This feels like a scam! I've reported it to the relevant authorities. I won't rest until I receive a satisfactory response. Avoid making purchases from this unreliable company. They are truly the worst!

I bought a case for a Motorola 75 G a few weeks ago, but it didn't fit the phone correctly. The right edge obstructs access to the volume and power buttons because the case isn't aligned properly, and the flap that should keep it closed only works occasionally. I'm disappointed as I expected better quality from the company. I wouldn't recommend this product.
