I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience.
I ordered a laptop charger which turned out to be the incorrect size. Following this, I was unexpectedly charged $130 for a premium delivery service that I did not knowingly authorise. This charge appears to have been included within fine print terms and conditions that were not made sufficiently clear at the time of purchase.
Additionally, I attempted to cancel the order through your chat support, however I was unable to do so due to technical limitations with your system.
Charging customers for services they have not clearly agreed to is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against doing business under these conditions.
