The site gives the impression of a local company with stock, but it’s actually based in Germany, leading to much longer delivery times. After placing my order on Sunday, the package only shipped on November 12, and DHL now estimates delivery for November 18—6 days late. As yacht owners needing urgent winter maintenance in Italy, we chose this company based on their delivery promise, and this delay jeopardizes our essential work. Their email support claimed a response "within 5 days," which is unacceptable for e-commerce today. This feels like deceptive business practice. If they had been truthful about shipping from Germany, we would never have ordered. We canceled the order, disputed the charge, and will buy from a reliable supplier elsewhere. Avoid this company unless you have ample time and don't mind misleading delivery promises.
