I ordered yacht varnish on November 9 through their Italian website, which clearly stated "Item available, delivery time about 2-3 working days." The site gives the impression of a local company with stock, but it’s actually based in Germany, leading to much longer delivery times. After placing my order on Sunday, the package only shipped on November 12, and DHL now estimates delivery for November 18—6 days late. As yacht owners needing urgent winter maintenance in Italy, we chose this company based on their delivery promise, and this delay jeopardizes our essential work. Their email support claimed a response "within 5 days," which is unacceptable for e-commerce today. This feels like deceptive business practice. If they had been truthful about shipping from Germany, we would never have ordered. We canceled the order, disputed the charge, and will buy from a reliable supplier elsewhere. Avoid this company unless you have ample time and don't mind misleading delivery promises.

They claim to have stock, then charge your card, but after four days of silence, you find out they need 12 more days to get the item from their supplier. This isn't a fair sales practice. A day later, my order was canceled because their supplier also ran out. Please be honest about stock availability upfront! The only positive was their quick email response times. Thank you!
