As a driver, I feel very let down. The service does not accept the Driving License Renewal document, leaving me to wait for a new driver's license before I can drive again. Moreover, their support team misinformed me that it would be resolved in a few working days and that I would receive an email from a supervisor. Just empty promises, no action taken. After three years in the industry, I now only drive for one platform, as this service has truly disappointed me. This might explain their shortage of drivers.
