Their representatives misled me about resolving the issue within a few business days and promised an email from a supervisor that never came. Just empty promises without follow-through. After three years of driving, I now only work for one platform since this service has let me down significantly. It's probably why they have such a limited number of drivers.

The driver arrived 15 minutes later than advised and drove right past me while I was waiting. He drove erratically at 45-55 km/h in an 80 zone, constantly gripping the wheel. He claimed to have 14 years of experience in Australia but had no idea how to get to the airport from the northern beaches. He refused to share his name and the photo on the app did not match him. We were concerned not only about his driving but also about missing our flight. I cannot provide a thorough review of their app.
