For three years, I've been receiving emails containing sensitive data and offers from a service I never subscribed to, as I live in a location where it’s not available. I have contacted support multiple times via email and social media, but they haven't been helpful. They only suggested blocking the emails, which doesn't solve the issue. I am now reaching out to another company for assistance, but I doubt it will help. I was not surprised to see numerous negative reviews reflecting their lack of concern for user data security. I hope they resolve this issue before I need to take legal action.
