I received a promotional email, but there was no sign of it in the app when I tried to book. After several attempts, I had to give up while at the airport in the rain. I ended up taking an overpriced taxi home. The app's design makes it nearly impossible to reach out to the service at the last minute, except through pre-set channels that favor them, not the user. I felt cheated out of the promised discount and will never use this service again.
