I'm a frequent customer of DiDi in Merida, Mexico. But if their level of service continues, I may return to their competitor.Yesterday I complained because the driver overcharged me about 50%. I reported it but got a stock answer from the company that it was a valid charge due to traffic etc. The ride was at 10:00 p.m. with no traffic. But they tell me the matter is closed so I have no way to contest the decision. Really surprising they put no value on their customer base. They do have good competition here in Merida.
