The part returned to the UK, and upon complaining, the company sent a postage label. I included three more copies of the customs documents, but the return failed customs clearance again, and weeks later, it came back to the UK. The costs of returning the item now exceed the value of my deposit, not to mention the time and fuel wasted in this process. My advice to the company: 1) Clearly state you are not UK-based so customers know they will face challenges in recovering deposits, which they may never get back. 2) Include prepaid postage labels and completed customs documents for returns. 3) It's frustrating to see a .co.uk address but receive no documentation in English and inadequate customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere for diesel parts.
