I ordered four injectors for a 2.0 TDI engine, but my car is performing poorly. I returned them and requested a full refund, yet the company insists they haven't received my package, despite a signature confirming delivery. They are withholding a refund of 600€, and their email responses are very poor. I can't reach them by phone either. Additionally, the injectors I received seemed to be merely repackaged and not refurbished at all. I strongly advise against using this service!
The parts I received were fine, but the real trouble began when I tried to return the exchange part to get my deposit back. Even though the company has a .co.uk address, they are not located in the UK. I sent the exchange part back using the customs paperwork provided, which had no instructions in English. The only guidance came from a government website to classify the part for export. The first parcel was rejected by the company for reasons unknown to me. The part returned to the UK, and upon complaining, the company sent a postage label. I included three more copies of the customs documents, but the return failed customs clearance again, and weeks later, it came back to the UK. The costs of returning the item now exceed the value of my deposit, not to mention the time and fuel wasted in this process. My advice to the company: 1) Clearly state you are not UK-based so customers know they will face challenges in recovering deposits, which they may never get back. 2) Include prepaid postage labels and completed customs documents for returns. 3) It's frustrating to see a .co.uk address but receive no documentation in English and inadequate customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere for diesel parts.
The ordering process was easy, and everything matched the descriptions. Delivery was prompt, and the communication regarding delivery times was excellent. I received my deposit refund quickly and without any issues. Overall, an outstanding service; I would definitely use them again.
