I have just completed the first two weeks of the diet. The meal plans include delicious and easy to prepare menu items. I love that I can print my grocery list and have everything I need for each upcoming week. Tracking my food and water intake is very helpful in raising my awareness of my daily eating/drinking habits. Joining the MCD Facebook Community is a bonus because of the support and encouragement I find from its members. Highly recommend this plan as an effective pathway to a healthier life. In addition, I have lost weight and my sleep patterns are starting to improve. Win, win!
