Review Time
I've lost 14 pounds in two weeks without being hungry. I want to learn to fix my lifestyle and food choices that has caused me to gain weight. I don't want to gain weigh back after losing it and this is not a diet but a habit and food choice changer. Very extensive support and meal plans along with shopping lists make it the easiest as possible.
I have just completed the first two weeks of the diet. The meal plans include delicious and easy to prepare menu items. I love that I can print my grocery list and have everything I need for each upcoming week. Tracking my food and water intake is very helpful in raising my awareness of my daily eating/drinking habits. Joining the MCD Facebook Community is a bonus because of the support and encouragement I find from its members. Highly recommend this plan as an effective pathway to a healthier life. In addition, I have lost weight and my sleep patterns are starting to improve. Win, win!
The tracker is not easy to use and after two weeks I am still confused on what the overall plan is. I get it is to eat more veggies and less carbs and sweets but the macros are difficult to figure out. For some reason my meal plan keeps changing once i set one up for the week. The grocery list is wrong and if you use it which I made that mistake you will over buy items which could led to waste. I have list weight but it has been a struggle with tracking.
The "FREE personalized Diet Plan" is no even close to being free... they want you to PAY $50, $100, or $180 for that "free personalized plan". So dang tired of society judging others on trying to lose weight, but we have to JUMP through hundreds of lies trying to get a plan to lose weight, only to get annoyed in the end and stop trying because it's a fight against BS to get realistic help. Stop advertising BS and either HELP people or tick off and go away.REPLY To Mayo:Great, then start off SAYING your “plan” is FREE but you can only RECEIVE it AFTER you pay $50, $100, or $170 plan to access it. Say that RIGHT AWAY, where people are not lead by lies. Instead, you try to enforce payment by lies. You have ZERO interest in helping people and only want to jump on the bandwagon of earning people DESPERATE to lose weight. You can doctor your reply all day, but it’s a LIE hidden behind a desperate need for people to lose weight.
This is a great diet plan. What I like is that it is very comprehensive. You are given a weekly meal plan, including the shopping list and the recipes for each meal. The meals are varied and flavorful. The trackers help you stay on the plan. Highly recommended.
