Thank you so much for everything! I was in bad shape back in November, 2025. Entire nights awake, feelings of stroke, heart attack, exhaustion, stomach pain. I prayed to God that I could find something to help me so that I could serve my family! And then I had the thought to help my digestion, since it seemed to be the root of many problems. And so I looked for a low-FODMAP list of foods to eat since I had heard of the low FODMAP diet in the past, having been diagnosed after my gall bladder was removed in 2014, with IBS. When I first saw the list of 'green', 'yellow', and 'red' foods from DietvsDisease, I was perplexed that there were so many low FODMAP lists out there that are all different. And so I asked about that to the DietvsDisease folks, and they said they were following the Monash list, and I had heard of the Monash list. And so I, being desperate to help myself, signed up with DvsD! I have learned so much. When I first started in November, I thought for sure that I was going to have to ask for an extention from the four months which were offered. Now I am three months in and feel like I can move on from DvsD today!! Thank you to my nutritionist Christy Murphy who has so kindly and patiently guided me through everything. I love the cronometer, the stool test and the help it gives for figuring out what's going on inside, the videos (I have a bunch I still need to watch), the community which I wish I had more time to take part with, and the guidance with my nutritionist Christy. Thank you DvsD for your patience, your kindness, and your guidance. From DvsDisease, Christy's guidance, and the stool test results, I have learned that I have a bacteria that needs to go away, I need to eat 40 grams or less of fat per day and 100 grams of carbs or less per day, and that I am gluten-sensitive, possibly lactose-sensitive also.
Thank you God for leading me here! Thank you Christy! Thank you DvsD!
The entire package is indeed very expensive. But when I think of all of the hours Christy is working, not just during, but before and after our meetings, for me, for my health and wellbeing, I feel it is well worth it!
