Thank you so much for everything! I was in bad shape back in November, 2025. Entire nights awake, feelings of stroke, heart attack, exhaustion, stomach pain. I prayed to God that I could find something to help me so that I could serve my family! And then I had the thought to help my digestion, since it seemed to be the root of many problems. And so I looked for a low-FODMAP list of foods to eat since I had heard of the low FODMAP diet in the past, having been diagnosed after my gall bladder was removed in 2014, with IBS. When I first saw the list of 'green', 'yellow', and 'red' foods from DietvsDisease, I was perplexed that there were so many low FODMAP lists out there that are all different. And so I asked about that to the DietvsDisease folks, and they said they were following the Monash list, and I had heard of the Monash list. And so I, being desperate to help myself, signed up with DvsD! I have learned so much. When I first started in November, I thought for sure that I was going to have to ask for an extention from the four months which were offered. Now I am three months in and feel like I can move on from DvsD today!! Thank you to my nutritionist Christy Murphy who has so kindly and patiently guided me through everything. I love the cronometer, the stool test and the help it gives for figuring out what's going on inside, the videos (I have a bunch I still need to watch), the community which I wish I had more time to take part with, and the guidance with my nutritionist Christy. Thank you DvsD for your patience, your kindness, and your guidance. From DvsDisease, Christy's guidance, and the stool test results, I have learned that I have a bacteria that needs to go away, I need to eat 40 grams or less of fat per day and 100 grams of carbs or less per day, and that I am gluten-sensitive, possibly lactose-sensitive also.
Thank you God for leading me here! Thank you Christy! Thank you DvsD!
The entire package is indeed very expensive. But when I think of all of the hours Christy is working, not just during, but before and after our meetings, for me, for my health and wellbeing, I feel it is well worth it!
I started my Diet vs Disease journey knowing nothing about the FODMAP diet or it's advantages. Robyn did a great job of "threading the needle" for me to quell my frustrations and lead me down the path of recovery... always calm and patient, willing to accommodate my questions and needs. Thank You Robyn.
I joined the Diet Vs Disease out of desperation and was not disappointed! From beginning to end the team helped me a great deal. Emily Gabel was assigned to guide me through the process. Her experience and professionalism as a Dietitian is very impressive. She answered all questions and concerns and offered meal plans for me to follow.

Dietvsdisease has a very knowledgeable and professional staff that work individually with each client on a biweekly basis or as needed. They give many more opportunities to learn about managing gut symptoms, not only physically but as a wholistic gut- brain approach with courses and online calls, both in person and replay options. I have learned a lot about mindset and together with a dietitian have come up with a diet and supplements that can reduce flair ups. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I decided to join the program.
The Diet vs. Disease program has truly been life-changing for me. This program is extremely comprehensive. It has helped me more than anyone in the medical community. I am forever grateful for the knowledge, tools and new skills I have gained and the amazing support from everyone on the Diet vs. Disease team. My nutritionist, Emily, has guided me with the diet part of the program, offering me so much knowledge and help, to bring me to healthy digestive functioning. I now know what to do if and when I get off balance and am able to return to balance quickly. I am forever grateful to Emily. My mindset coach, Aimee, has been an essential part of my success. For me, the mindset part of the program is critical for complete success. I use the many skills I've learned (gut directed self-hypnosis, deep breathing exercises), practicing self-compassion and so many other skills that help me during times when I may feel emotions that may lead to and may make physical symptoms worse. Thank you, Aimee, for helping me. I am forever grateful to you. These 4 months have been transformative for me. I highly recommend this program to anyone who has digestive issues that have significantly interfered with their quality of life. I'm so grateful for the night I googled "help for IBS" (the last of so many searches over the years) and found Joe's video. It has truly changed my life!
In August, I was experiencing frequent issues with severe gut pain, with ongoing acid reflux and severe constipation. After a few tests/procedures, I was recommended to go on the FODMAP diet by my gastroenterologist. I felt overwhelmed and confused by the conflicting information online, so I checked out the TrustPilot reviews decided to go with with the DietvsDisease experts in FODMAP. Over the course of 4 months working with Sydnee, the dietitian, and accessing the online tools provided as part of the program, I now feel in control of my gut and my life! I have discovered a lot of my triggers and how to manage them. My gut health has improved and I know what to do if I do encounter issues. This is an immersive program and you have to want to make the changes necessary in your diet and your life; and you need to put the effort into tracking and learning which are both required for success. It is not for everyone due to the cost, but I would highly recommend this program if you have gut issues and the motivation to improve. A special thanks to Sydney who was a joy to work with. - You changed my life and gave me the confidence to overcome the challenges!
Oh my gosh where to begin. First, the course is not cheap. But…In my initial meeting with the Doctor he explained that they would clear my diverticulitis and also teach me what to do if and when any flare ups do occur. My dietician Emily was such a blessing. My colonoscopy showed 100% healed and now it is my job to continue to eat as I have been taught. Chronometer is wonderful and I will keep using it. I really believe that I won’t have an issue. My diet has changed and it really was not as difficult as it first appeared. I am down to a healthy weight and plan on staying there. With 100% confidence I highly encourage people to use this program. The health industry in the US just doesn’t know enough to get us out of the bad place for a lifetime. Thank You ❤️👣🙏💪
