I had one of the most frustrating rental experiences ever. They charged me €264 for alleged 'new damage,' despite having timestamped photos showing it was pre-existing. There was no joint vehicle inspection at pickup, and I had to locate the vehicle without staff help. The return was via Key Drop, so no inspection was done in my presence. Later, they claimed the damage was new and refused to refund. Communication was slow and dismissive. I've filed a chargeback and will report this to the consumer center. My impression: the process is unprofessional and unhelpful. Document everything if you decide to rent here.
