I’ve been working with Tim since February, and the progress has been amazing. For years, I’d trained SBD/bro split style, and yes, the numbers went up, but I just felt heavy and stiff. Now I feel like an athletic freak! Springy, light and fast, and also far, far stronger than I ever have. In just 4 months, I went from barely being able to do 5 pull ups to unlocking my first muscle up, something I never thought I'd be able to do. My dips jumped from 5 body weight reps to 15, plus sets of +20kg for 5 reps.
