I’ve spent 6 months training with Tim at different breed to help give myself a competitive edge in martial arts and train like an athlete again. Through that time Tim has been not only a pillar in my training but someone I feel proud to have on my team. Tim has helped me train through various injuries, tweaks, and strains with finesse. In our time together Tim has always met my expectations and consistently asking me “what else can I do for you?” A sign of his commitment and willingness to help me through any challenge I’ve faced. Not to mention through consistency and assistance with my nutrition, Tim has helped me turn into an athletic anomaly!!

I highly recommend this coaching service. I signed up for four months of sessions and even added an extra month after the first four weeks. The skills I've acquired will accompany me throughout my fitness journey. The coach is exceptional at what they do. One of the best aspects was their constant support, being there for me every single day regardless of my circumstances. Even during busy times in my personal life, they ensured I could maintain a full training schedule. The exercises designed for me were perfectly aligned with my goals, with options to adjust their difficulty. After finishing my coaching, I can now confidently bend forward and touch the ground without pain. I can also run for over 45 minutes at a higher intensity. I progressed from never attempting a specific squat to successfully completing 90kg for five reps, which I once thought was impossible due to my back issues. I’ve been working with Tim since February, and the progress has been amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I want from training: becoming a well-rounded athlete and supporting my main sport, bouldering. For years, I’d trained SBD/bro split style, and yes, the numbers went up, but I just felt heavy and stiff. Now I feel like an athletic freak! Springy, light and fast, and also far, far stronger than I ever have. In just 4 months, I went from barely being able to do 5 pull ups to unlocking my first muscle up, something I never thought I'd be able to do. My dips jumped from 5 body weight reps to 15, plus sets of +20kg for 5 reps. As someone with ADHD, I’m always craving novelty, and Tim is always happy to switch things up when needed, keeping training fun and engaging without sacrificing any progress!
