I only ordered one pair of sunglasses but noticed a few hours later that I was billed for two. I tried to cancel the extra pair but couldn’t find an option to do so. Customer support informed me that I couldn't delete the other pair but could return it. The items haven't shipped yet, so I don't understand why the extra pair couldn't be removed from my charge. I also couldn't find a customer service phone number, and there's a restocking fee for returned items.
