TOTAL FRAUD. AVOID THIS PLATFORM. Update: Their reply is completely untrue. The platform stated my item would ship within 48 hours. After several days without any shipping notification, I reached out and was informed they were conducting inventory, so it hadn’t shipped. Through numerous emails, they evaded my requests for a refund and ultimately told me I had to wait for the item, pay for shipping, and complete a form for any refund. When I received the form, it indicated they could not return the item, leaving me without the product and out $300. The whole experience has been a scam, and they have lied about several aspects, including this response. They even flagged my post in an attempt to hide their questionable business practices. Avoid this seller.
