I do not advise anyone to buy from this website. I bought a YouTube premium 12 subscription. The seller had invited me to a family plan which stated “12 months uninterrupted access” however twice the YouTube premium subscription was removed from the family group. The seller kept saying he could invite me to a new family group, however you cannot re join another family group after 2 times. The seller now asked me to create a new YouTube account, however all my data is saved on the old account and there is no way to transfer it. I started a case with difmark for a refund and they did not even look at my evidence and they automatically decided in the favor of the seller. Yes the seller has stated he is willing to help, however the seller is asking me to create a new YouTube account which I stated I did not want as this means I will have to continue having new YouTube accounts every few months. The seller also stated that in the description it states there may interruptions, however I have checked the description and it does not say this anywhere at all. DIFMARK NEED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GIVE MY PARTIAL REFUND RATHER THAN CLOSING THE CASE JUST BECAUSE THE SELLER HAS OFFER TO PROVIDE A NEW YOUTUBE ACCOUNT WHICH I STATED MULTIPLE TIMES IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS THE DESCRIPTION READ “uninterrupted access”.
PLEASE, PLEASE DO. NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED.
UPDATE 30-03-26:
As you can see from Diffmarks response, they will not help you. In the ad the seller clearly states that it will not be a family subscription but a personal individual account with 12 months. DIFFMARK HAVE FAILED TO LOOK AT THIS AND ARGUED THE SELLER HAS PROVIDED THE ACCOUNT. I would strongly advise all to stay clear of this site.
