The seller ( GlobalGames)have patient and very polite person at first he's very slow in replying to messages. Had some issue with the account that I couldn't even play the game. It took me 40 minutes to get a reply from him but he was kind and patient and solve my issue 2 times with 2 different accounts and now finished work and happy to playthe game. Thank you

Hello I recently nearly bought and ARC Raiders account (which wasn't clear if it's an shared account or not) I asked for an refund. Money came but It was added on a site wallet - not my bank account. I opened an claim but noone is responding.
I placed an order ... the seller isnt responding they are not responding and saying they are verifying the payment though the bank charged me ... they wont reply to any of their support channels ... beware they are scammers .also there is no way to cancel an order or get a refund
The seller provided a key that is not valid in my region, even though the listing clearly stated that it would work in my region. I have tried contacting both the seller and customer support, but neither has responded.
Additionally, the website does not allow me to properly open a case or submit a dispute, which makes resolving this issue extremely frustrating.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this platform.
