They have been claiming in their replies to others "...cancellations require manual processing to ensure the security of your account". I have never heard of a subscription site that operates this way. If this is true, Digen, then why do you have a deceptive "Unsubscribe" button on your website that does nothing? Is it to trick users (like you tricked me) into thinking we have a safe option to unsubscribe at any time?
It got to the point where I couldn't generate a single video for nearly a week, so I emailed them for tech help ... no reply... tried again... no reply. Many days passed with no reply so then I decided I wanted to unsubscribe from Digen. I first tried that deceptive "Unsubscribe" button and learned it was a fake. Then I emailed them (multiple times) asking them to cancel my account....they ignored me.
They have no phone number, they do not monitor or support their own Discord channel whatsoever. They provide no (legit) means of communication .. and you cannot self-cancel your account. They just charged me again after my many attempts to unsubscribe. I've emailed them (for about the 20th time) hoping they'll refund this recent charge and unsubscribe the account but, like usual, no response.
