I cancelled my subscription in July and the company is still taking money from my account. Despite the site saying my subscription is cancelled. Do not subscribe.

They are not trustworthy I have reached out to them .

I subscribed although it said free will send screenshots they then took two more items I did not sign up for totaling another £46. This is on top of subscription I personally think it is a breakdown of trust to take additional funding They refused to refund original subscription will update you with outcome. The people are nice enough BUT they took over £80 which is unacceptable I will take it to PayPal which is why I use them the name they trade under is not as advertised. Do Not Use this is with the rest of diet companies that is not what it seems save yourself the pain I am waiting for trust pilot re screenshots to ensure they are allowed.

Don’t get scammed

Not an app. Difficult access. Portions and recipes are wonky. Difficult cancellation. Stopped using and canceled but they magically have no record of the cancellation and charged me a renewal that they refuse to refund.
