Digestions has improved

Since starting this plan, my digestion has greatly improved. I no longer experience high inflammation, and I'm able to have a steady cortisol. I noticed positive changes within a week of using it. While I wish there was a better app available for added convenience, I can't complain because it has been so helpful.

Only because I can’t give 0 stars. They advertise refunding your full payment after losing 7 pounds, but even after submitting proof, I’m still waiting for my refund. After receiving a response to my review that my refund would be processed promptly, I have yet to receive it. If you accept the weight loss challenge expecting the refund promised, the bigger challenge is trying to collect it. I believe I will reach my goal weight before I see the refund credited back to my account. Aug 27th….Still waiting for that refund that has been promised “promptly” twice since July 5.

One-stop site?

One-stop site? Sort of. You can track your water intake, steps, weightloss, get educated on how to reduce inflammation, there are exercises on how to put into practice what you study in the academy, there are also workout routines. You can't input data the day after you have to put it in that very same day so if you forget to track your weight, water intake, your steps, you have lost the ability to record that data. As far as I can tell it doesn't sync with my smart watch so while I have the data on steps it's rare for me to be able to input as sometimes I go to sleep late and I forget and other times life gets overwhelming and it is just not convenient. The recipes are available...I am not there yet.

This is such a scam. Tried cancelling and it’s impossible. No phone number or contact info. I cancelled in June and it still charges me every month.

Academy was useless

The readings from the academy were the same each day and they were obvious lessons like drink water, stay away from processed foods.The recipes were long and hard to follow.

App is very slow a lot of times it is…

App is very slow a lot of times it is overwhelmed. It doesn’t keep up with resetting the days. Also, you can’t reset the 30 day walking challenge. Didn’t happen on one just specific date happens all the time

Not a very good diet platform.

There are errors in the calendars when doing challenges. The recipes are very complicated and have way too many ingredients. It would be helpful to have a shopping list of items needed to complete a recipe. There is no option to go back a day to complete an entry that you forgot to do.
