Do not use this company they sell misleading products and do not give refunds or returns. I ordered a dress that from image was red and white. When it arrived it was red and grey and didn’t fit properly. No invoice in bag. To return/ refund you have to email them. When you email them you have to wait 25 hours for a response. The response is “ Will it be possible to give them to others? No refund and no return! DONT WASTE your money go elsewhere and use a reputable company NOT this one! The web site says they give returns but the truth is they DONT! It’s only after you have placed an order to find out they are not in the UK. The website says 14 day money back guarantee DONT be fooled! Avoid this company at all costs! I have since found out that they are also the company known as Flair Frost. I ordered a product from them as well. Product hasn’t arrived yet but again if I want a refund/return I won’t get it. In both cases parcels say they are coming from USA but in fact they are based in China. Scammers avoid both companies at all costs!
