Review Time
We purchased a backpack for our grandson for Christmas well in advance, thinking we had enough time. Now it's January 1st, 2026, and we still haven't received it. We've repeatedly contacted the service, only to receive excuse after excuse. The site is now shut down, and we've had to resort to legal action. I strongly advise against buying from them, as it appears to be a scam!
Like many others, I was drawn in by a paid advertisement for a Christmas gift idea. I made my purchase at the beginning of December, but it only arrived on the 23rd! Even if it arrives, it will be too late. If I wanted to order something from overseas, I could have done that myself. Don't be misled by the local domain.
Despite the negative reviews elsewhere, my experience wasn’t terrible. I ordered a puzzle cube at the start of November. By early December, I received several tracking updates, but then it stopped. Assuming I’d been scammed, I sent a somewhat rude email expressing my concerns. To my surprise, I received a polite reply offering to send another! The second tracking didn’t work, but it arrived on December 19th and was just as shown in the video. I’m pleased with the purchase and communication, so credit where it’s due! I can be quick to criticize, but in my case, this was good, just very slow.
SCAM - products never arrive, and the tracking system on their website is a SCAM. They are also related to a company that is not UK-listed. Interestingly, they add VAT. I've spoken to the tax authority who will investigate. They might be linked to other entities.
Do not engage with this service. I've been waiting 2 months for a Christmas gift. They can't provide tracking information. The last update indicated it reached a city, but then nothing. They claimed to send a replacement, but I received nothing and no new tracking. They won’t issue a refund and keep saying they are in contact with the carrier. Lies upon lies, and now their website has disappeared!
