Misleading/ Fraudulent company. Placed order (sharpener for garden tools) and paid on 17th February 2024 thinking this is a UK company as facebook advert shows a UK email address. A few minutes later I realised it was not a UK company and cancelled the order. No response. Sent reminder of cancellation on 20th February. On 22nd February (5 days after cancelling) they replied saying it was too late to cancel as the the item had been shipped. Their website does not show a contact or location address.Their tracking details show - 19th Feb 'being processed'. 21st Feb 'left sorting centre'. 23rd Feb 'in transit in USA'. 26th Feb 'arrived at US customs'. 3rd March released from US Customs (7 days in customs. I wonder if US customs know something we don't!) IF YOU ARE IN THE UK AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reported to Facebook as a misleading company. ...........................................................................12/03/2024 When the item arrived it was faulty and they refuse to give a refund. Instead they offered £1 compensation.
