I have ordered an S/Mime certificate from DigiCert. In order to be able to carry out the validation, a CertCentral account was set up. I have not heard anything more from this company. They are neither interested in the customer nor in his order. After 8 days I cancelled the whole thing, no validation team ever got in touch with me to even carry out the order.Automated orders work. But as soon as someone has to do something, everything falls apart. Never again.
