My company has ordered SSL's from Digicert for 10 years through the same account.This year I renewed our Digicert code signing certificate on March 8, 2023. The certificate expires on March 31 and despite my over 20 chat sessions, setting up a time for them to call me (and they didn't) finally on April 5 they tell me they decided they won't issue a code signing certificate to my business and I need to purchase it from someone else.Last month Digicert issued my company a SSL for our website, but won't explain why they won't issue a code signing certificate.Digicert never emailed me when my website SSL expired. It seems they are failing big time lately.I first purchased a Digicert certificate for the same US based company through the same Digicert account on August 26, 2013. But won't be buying anything from Digicert again.
