Terrible experience. My item was listed as available, so I opted for express delivery. After a week with no updates, I called and was informed it wasn't in stock and had been delayed. They couldn't provide a tracking number, and I'm left wondering if my order will ever arrive. They offered a $6 refund after I paid $15 for delivery, which feels unfair. Contacting them is frustrating, and the staff have been unhelpful and rude. I'm sharing this to warn others about their treatment of customers.
