Complete risk. Only proceed with your order if you're willing to wait an uncertain amount of time for your items. They won't inform you about back orders until after your purchase. I had to follow up when nothing arrived, only to be told they have no idea when the items will be available.

I received my refund before they even bothered to respond. Their 'live chat' support is essentially a useless bot that offers no real assistance, and there’s no way to reach a human representative. For a business handling high-value electronics, this level of customer service is appalling. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to steer clear. If there’s an issue with your order, you’ll be met with a complete lack of support, communication, and resolution. A very disappointing experience overall.

They will readily sell items that are unavailable or have been out of stock for a long time, without notifying customers. You have to reach out to learn the status of your order, only to find out it's not available. Refunds are slow, taking several business days to process. Very questionable business practices. Terrible experience. My item was listed as available, so I opted for express delivery. After a week with no updates, I called and was informed it wasn't in stock and had been delayed. They couldn't provide a tracking number, and I'm left wondering if my order will ever arrive. They offered a $6 refund after I paid $15 for delivery, which feels unfair.
