I placed an order for an iPad Pro (M4) during the Black Friday sale since it was advertised as available. After weeks of waiting, I received an email stating that the product was 'discontinued and no longer available.' However, the same item was still being advertised on their website after my order was canceled. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I contacted customer support with a reasonable request, especially since I missed out on other Black Friday deals to support a smaller business. They never acknowledged my message. I received my refund before they even bothered to respond. Their 'live chat' support is essentially a useless bot that offers no real assistance, and there’s no way to reach a human representative. For a business handling high-value electronics, this level of customer service is appalling. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to steer clear. If there’s an issue with your order, you’ll be met with a complete lack of support, communication, and resolution. A very disappointing experience overall.
