I ordered two weeks ago and have received no updates, even after sending several follow-up emails. The communication has been extremely lacking. If an order can't be shipped on time, customers deserve to be informed immediately. I've now had to ask for a cancellation and refund because of the delay. This has been a very disappointing experience.
