My frustration stems from my desire to end the service. When I requested to terminate the services, I was informed that a month's advance notice is required. If I had examined the agreement more closely, I would have noticed this requirement. Kate Lyn is simply adhering to the company's policies; thus, the issue lies with the company's policies, not with her. I am awaiting the termination letter so the 30-day notice can commence, allowing me to end the contract as soon as possible.
