Kate Lyn is simply adhering to the company's policies; thus, the issue lies with the company's policies, not with her. I am awaiting the termination letter so the 30-day notice can commence, allowing me to end the contract as soon as possible. I will follow up after the contract concludes to share my feedback on the closure.
