Signed contract and started waiting for installation (Madrid), one month later nobody came, kept ringing their customer service nearly everyday but seemed like they hardly care about customer issues. They are nicer before you sign a contract but become beasts after, 2 of them literally hung up me for stating my dissatisfaction, Their attitude on phone towards non Spanish speakers is so bad, like they hate you for speaking English. They do not deserve one star but there are no lesser options. Their women in customer service speak like they are God, no atom of respect, no remorse, they spoke like they are going through a divorce, bunch of saddists. If you dont speak Spanish, this is bad idea.
