Extremely disappointing service experience

The service has been very frustrating; selecting the English menu still results in Spanish responses. When I finally reached a representative, I was told there were no English-speaking operators available. I signed up for unlimited minutes, but the app only shows 100 minutes. This misleading information is infuriating. I'm moving to a different provider. Very unsatisfactory!

Completely unacceptable service

The service is utterly disappointing. I selected the English menu, yet they continued speaking in Spanish. When I finally got through, I was told there are no operators who speak English. Despite signing up for unlimited minutes, the app shows I only have 100. This is misleading and frustrating. I'm moving to another provider. Truly appalling!

Nothing but a scam!

They mislead you when selling the SIM card. You cannot roll over your data, top up online, or use it outside the country. This platform is nothing but a fraud!

Promised great service, but it's all false

This service is advertised as excellent, but my experience has been the opposite. I've been trying to transfer my number for two weeks, and their management is disorganized. I've been promised calls that never come, and when I finally reached out, the representative was rude and unhelpful. I'm extremely disappointed and would advise others to seek a different provider.

Support is terrible and no internet

The mobile lines were activated quickly, but I've been waiting over three weeks for the internet service. No one seems to help, and the support line just tells me to wait for a call that never comes.

Avoid this provider for a hassle-free experience

We switched two lines from another provider after years of good service. The reason for the switch was the lower price, but the reality has been frustrating. From day one, calls to certain numbers land in different countries. Despite reporting this issue for six weeks, there's been no resolution. Additionally, call quality is poor, and customer support lacks professionalism. We're returning to our previous providers. Cheap prices don't justify this experience.

The service was exceptional. I ordered a new SIM online and received it the next working day. The pricing is excellent, and I've been able to accumulate unused data. Two phones for 10€ for the last 10 years!
