The worst customer service ever, i did contract and after one week they came to install fibra and it only worked for one day and the next day i didn’t have excess to the internet so i called customer service several time and everytime they give me same response like robot that we leave note to technicians and it will contact you and we will make it urgent but it’s been 3 days and they haven’t fixed they issue and neither the technician contacted me and i still don’t have internet in my home and I don’t know how long they gonna take. Worst decision of my life to get contract with digi. Not recommended.
