I paid for a vps with a residential ip address. they provided me with a vps with a datacenter ip. when i asked for a refund, they offered to provide me with a residential ip. the ip they provided was not a residential ip. i have repeatedly asked for a refund. they keep insisting i shouldn't beleive my lieing eyes.
