Never worked! Spent over 3 hours and still not working. Customer service is a joke from the standpoint it is only via Email. I don't have time to wait for email replies to fix a problem. At least do real time chat/SMS! I will get my money back for this waste of time!

I've had the pleasure of having a TikTok counter on my desk for a couple of years and have just purchased an Instagram version as well. The counters are visually appealing and easy to install. They are well-constructed and the customer service is excellent. I couldn't be happier with my counters. With 50,000 followers on both platforms, hearing the counter flaps rotate with each new follower is still music to my ears.
I recently attempted to purchase a unit. It was delivered to a location 150 miles away from my home, which I have no ties to. The company ignored my inquiries until I posted on social media. Eventually, I was informed that they were in touch with the shipping provider. I then received a fee notification (ÂŁ63.25) from the shipping service, and now I'm in discussions with them, who claim the company hasn't contacted them. It's a complete mess. STAY AWAY.
